Our services
Surface preparation and masking
We offer an accurate protection service for surfaces, which could be damaged during sandblasting and painting activities, relieving the customer from any responsibility. The expertise of our technical department, the constructive discussion with the customer, the clear and detailed operating instructions provided to our operating departments, allow us to use the most appropriate techniques and materials (metal masking, rubber, reinforced tapes, etc.).

Sandblasting
We have both manual and turbine blasting equipment, adequate to treat all types of surfaces using the most suitable abrasives. The staff is qualified and trained to operate in compliance with international specifications and standards (ACQPA, NORSOK, ISO, etc.).
Painting
We apply liquid anticorrosive paints of major international brands, being able to rely on a complete and efficient range of plants and equipment, as well as on specialized personnel constantly trained and updated on techniques and products and supported by ACQPA, NORSOK, NACE technicians. We are also qualified for application of intumescent coatings (paints and plasters) suitable for both cellulose and hydrocarbon fire load (jet-fire).
Thermal Spray
We offer significant experience in sprayed metal coatings, zinc, aluminum, zinc/aluminum alloys, aluminum/magnesium, etc. Our machining processes have been approved in major international projects such as EDF dams, STOREBAELT-EST bridge, ARAMCO, SNAM, GENERAL ELECTRIC, STATOIL, etc.
Technical Office and Quality Control
The important experiences gained in a variety of anti-corrosion industries foster constructive discussions with our customers, allowing us to identify the best solutions to achieve the expected results. Our technical department, with its own NACE and FROSIO III level inspectors, is able to monitor every single phase of the workings with testing and instrumentation adapted to international standards.
Handling and Packaging
Our handling/packaging personnel are specialised and trained exclusively for these activities, ensuring the best performance. We are equipped with particularly efficient lifting equipment, as well as numerous "underhooks", which guarantee safe handling and respect the integrity of your artefacts, with no limitations in terms of weight and dimensions.
Construction sites
The possibility of operating on construction sites further expands the range of services offered. Dedicated equipment and rapidly installed infrastructures allow us to demarcate areas dedicated to our work, contain processing residues and clean the environment in compliance with current regulations.
